Paying Your 2025 Registration Fees

Fees are available to pay online in your College account only once the online Information Return Form has been successfully submitted.

If paying by cheque, money order or bank draft, please make sure your name and registration number are clearly noted on your payment, and that it’s made payable to the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (no acronyms or abbreviations). To avoid renewing late, please ensure that your payment is mailed to be received by March 28, 2025, at our 10 King Street East, Suite 1001, Toronto ON, M5C 1C3 address.

* For efficient processing, please include your registration number on the cheque or money order and consider sending payment through a postal service option that allows you to track delivery without requiring a signature.

Payment Plan Program

Registrants who wish to pay their 2025  registration fees in a series of 10, pre-set monthly installments, may elect to enrol in the College’s Payment Plan Program. The Payment Plan Program for 2025 is only available until 5:00 p.m. ET on March 31. To participate, please have your banking information ready when completing your Information Return Form.


About late fees

Missing the 2025 renewal deadline will result in a late fee of $376.29* being applied to your account, and the issuance of a Notice of Intent to Suspend with 30-days provided to submit information/pay fees. Failure to renew by the date set out in the Notice of Intent to Suspend will result in an additional $327.70* reinstatement fee being incurred. These fees apply to both the General and Inactive classes.
