Complete Your 2025 Self-Assessments Now!

If you are renewing your certificate of registration in the General class, completing the self-assessment component of the QA program is a mandatory requirement. This must be done annually as part of your registration renewal.

For the 2025 registration year, Registrants are required to complete three (3) self-assessment questionnaires: two (2) mandatory assessments, Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, Belonging (EDIB) and Informed Consent, and one (1) additional assessment of their choice.

You don’t have to wait for the registration renewal period to complete the self-assessments. You can begin the questionnaires now by following the link below.
