Feedback Opportunities
The Council and the College heavily rely on the contributions of our volunteers to regulate the profession. We recognize that there is always opportunity for improvement, and we greatly value the input that we receive to continually grow and evolve.
Your opinions matter!
On an annual basis, we conduct an anonymous survey of our volunteers, seeking to find situations where things did not go well or identify ways we can make a good program even better. We invite all volunteers to provide their honest and open feedback by clicking here.
Unfortunately, some volunteers may decide to leave their role. This may be due to the high demands of their work life, or that the volunteer work has become too much, or they simply no longer have the same time availabilities. Though we hope it happens infrequently, we recognize that working as a volunteer in the regulatory world can be demanding. For volunteers who are no longer able to continue their work with us, at the end of their commitment we will reach out individually to complete an exit survey. The feedback results of this survey allow us to continually improve the overall experiences of all our volunteers and our Volunteer Program.
