Registration Renewal  

Registration Renewal for 2019 is now closed. Renewal for 2020 will open in February 14th.
Members subscribed to the College's emails will be sent information and details at the end of the year.

Renewing your registration is a two-step process:

1. Paying the annual registration fee; and 
2. Completing your Information Return.

Winding Down the Payment Plan Program 

In 2018, the College launched a pilot Payment Plan Program that enabled the payment of the annual registration fee in installments rather than as a lump sum. We ran the pilot Program again in 2019 so that we could collect enough data to evaluate whether to make the program a permanent option. 

Based on the information collected, it has been determined that the program was not successful to warrant its continuation for the 2020 renewal year. Members who are currently enrolled in the plan will continue with their monthly payments, with the last payment due in January 2020.

We considered a number of factors in evaluating the Program, including:
how many Members enrolled,
any added costs to the College,
whether the enrolment fee offset any added costs,
the number of payment defaults within the Program, and 
the number of Member suspensions which occurred as a result of Program payment defaults. 

Renewal fees for 2020-2021 will be posted in Members’ account carts on February 14, 2020 when registration renewal opens. Payment of the full annual registration fee will be due by 5 p.m. on March 31, 2020 along with submission of the completed Information Return.
