Planning on changing your registration class? You’ve got until March 17 to do it.

Registration class change applications (Active/Inactive) for 2020-21 will only be accepted until 5 p.m. on March 17, 2020 in order for Members to renew in their new class.

Class change applications received after March 17 will not be processed until April 1, 2020. Members who have not met the March 17th deadline for class changes will be expected to renew their registration in their current class of registration. Not renewing on time will result in the application of a late fee and the possible suspension of your certificate of registration.

Winding Down the Payment Plan Program

In 2018, the College launched a pilot Payment Plan Program that enabled the payment of the annual registration fee in installments rather than as a lump sum. We ran the pilot Program again in 2019 so that we could collect enough data to evaluate whether to make the program a permanent option.

Based on the information collected, it has been determined that the program was not successful to warrant its continuation for the 2020 renewal year. Members who are currently enrolled in the plan will have their final payment for the 2019-2020 registration year deducted in January 2020.

Payment of the full annual registration fee will be due by 5 p.m. on March 31, 2020 along with the completed Information Return. Fees will be available in Member carts on February 14, 2020.

Is your insurance current?
Your professional liability insurance should always be up to date to avoid possible suspension of your certificate of registration and having to pay a reinstatement fee. Incorrect information entered during renewal will result in issuance of a correction notice and an administrative fee.

If you’ve changed your name since your 2019 renewal…
Submit a Name Change form and payment now to avoid potential processing delays later.
