Get a Head Start on Your 2025 Self-Assessments!

As part of the College’s Quality Assurance Program, all registrants holding a General Certificate of Registration must complete the annual self-assessment as part of their registration renewal. This is a mandatory component designed to help registrants maintain the necessary knowledge, skills, and judgment to practise professionally.

For the 2025 registration year, registrants are required to complete three (3) self-assessment questionnaires:

  • Two (2) mandatory self-assessments: Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (EDIB) and Informed Consent Self-Assessments.
  • One (1) additional self-assessment: Registrants can choose based on preference.

Important: If you plan to renew your Certificate of Registration in the General (Active) class, you can complete your 2025 self-assessments before the registration renewal period begins!
